1982 Began Jiu-jitsu in Horsens Judo, Jiu-jitsu and Karate Club. 1983 Began Shotokan karate. 1986 Gained 1st dan in Jiu-jitsu. 1987 Gained 1st dan in Shotokan karate. 1988-89 Training in USA and England. 1989 Became the chief instructor of the self-defence section in Randers Judoklub ‘Samurai’, Denmark. 1990 Gained 1st dan in Iaido (Muso Shinden Ryu), and 1st dan in Judo (Shindo Muso Ryu). 1991 Gained 2nd dan in Jiu-jitsu. Became chief instructor of Jiu-jitsu club ‘Budokan’. 1992 Gained 2nd dan in Iaido and Judo. 1992-93 Became chief instructor of Iaido and Judo in Hoyo Karate-Do Kai. 1994 Gained 3rd dan in Jiu-jitsu. 1995 Started Jiu-jitsu club in Hedensted. 1998 Organised the first ‘Budo-meeting’, a seminar held in Hedensted where 80 participants from 13 different clubs from the regional area gathered. 1999 Gained 4th dan in Jiu-jitsu. 2001 Promoted to the title of ‘Renshi’ in Jiu-jitsu. Became Technical director and sole representative for WEBBS in Denmark. 2001 Promoted to the rank of 6th Dan Black Belt in Jiu-jitsu by Soke Bryan Cheek. WEBBS & Jukoshin Ryu Denmark
